It becomes confirmed when Tripand displays or sends a confirmation and any required payment condition has been satisfied. Keep the confirmation details for the duration of the service.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section id=\"section-3\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"tripand-info__number\">03<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Prices and payment<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The payable amount and currency are displayed before confirmation. Optional seats, extras, provider charges, or payment fees are shown where applicable. You are responsible for charges imposed separately by your bank or payment provider.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section id=\"section-4\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"tripand-info__number\">04<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Traveller responsibilities<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Provide complete and accurate traveller and contact information.<\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Arrive at the stated meeting point by the required time.<\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Carry valid passports, visas, permits, and other documents required for the journey.<\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Follow lawful safety and operational instructions from the service provider.<\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section id=\"section-5\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"tripand-info__number\">05<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Changes by Tripand or a provider<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Routes, timings, vehicles, meeting points, or other operational details may change when reasonably necessary. If a material change prevents delivery of the booked service, we will offer an appropriate alternative or a refund in line with the Cancellation &amp; Refund Policy and applicable law.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section id=\"section-6\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"tripand-info__number\">06<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Cancellations and no-shows<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Cancellation eligibility and any retained amount depend on the selected service, timing, costs already incurred, and conditions disclosed before booking.
