How Tripand works
Tripand operates as an online travel aggregator (OTA): it helps customers discover and book offers from independent providers, forwards orders, accepts customer payments, arranges settlement with providers and supports bookings. The provider performs the booked travel service; Tripand remains responsible for its own platform, booking, payment-handling and support obligations.
Payment and support
Customers pay Tripand using the order payment instructions. Tripand arranges settlement with the provider and supports booking, payment and refund enquiries. Review Booking Terms and the Cancellation & Refund Policy before paying.
