Tripand is the platform name, not a separate legal entity. Its owner is Abgarian Artur, an individual, Vietnam. Postal address: 9,11 Khuê Mỹ Đông 10, Phường, Ngũ Hành Sơn, Đà Nẵng, Vietnam. Information processed
We may process profile and sign-in details, contact information, passenger and booking data, submitted listings and requests, support messages, and technical security and usage data. Payment records may include order references, amounts, currencies or assets, payment status, transaction identifiers and refund details; a wallet address may be processed where necessary for a supported transaction.
Purposes and grounds
Information is used to operate accounts, arrange and support orders, verify payments, settle with providers, handle refunds and complaints, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Depending on the processing and applicable law, the basis is performance of a contract or pre-contract steps, legal obligations, legitimate interests or consent.
Recipients and transfers
Necessary information is shared with the selected independent provider to fulfil the booking and with payment services to verify payments or arrange refunds. Hosting, communications and other technical providers process information needed for their functions. Recipients may operate in other countries; transfers are subject to applicable data-protection requirements. Payment providers may also process information under their own privacy policies.
Retention and security
Records are retained as needed for the stated purposes, accounting, disputes and applicable legal requirements. Organisational and technical safeguards are used, but no online system guarantees absolute security. Do not send passwords, private wallet keys or seed phrases to Tripand.
Your rights and updates
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your information, or withdraw consent.
