Tripand is the platform name, not a separate legal entity. Its owner is Abgarian Artur, an individual, Vietnam. Postal address: 9,11 Khuê Mỹ Đông 10, Phường, Ngũ Hành Sơn, Đà Nẵng, Vietnam. Contact the owner at support@tripand.app, through the Contact Us page or the official Telegram or WhatsApp support channels.

Tripand operates as an online travel aggregator (OTA): it helps customers discover and book offers from independent providers, forwards orders, accepts customer payments, arranges settlement with providers and supports bookings. The provider performs the booked travel service; Tripand remains responsible for its own platform, booking, payment-handling and support obligations.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in methods and report unauthorised access. Do not submit unlawful, misleading or infringing content, impersonate others, create fraudulent requests, bypass security or access restricted data without authorisation.

Offers and bookings

Independent providers supply their offers and perform the relevant services. Travel bookings and payments are governed by the Booking Terms and order-specific conditions; cancellations are also covered by the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Community listings and other modules are subject to their disclosed conditions.

Content and availability

Tripand branding and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You retain responsibility for submitted content and grant the permissions needed to display it and operate the platform. Service interruptions may occur; this does not remove Tripand obligations or mandatory consumer rights.

Changes and complaints

Contact Tripand support through Contact Us, Telegram or WhatsApp, quoting the order reference and describing the issue. Tripand reviews the request, coordinates with the provider and informs you of the outcome. Do not send passwords or payment credentials.

Updates do not retrospectively change accepted orders. Booking Terms govern the version applicable to a booking.
